Guess What? More Condos!

This time, at SE 136th and Steele (pdf). Thirty-eight units.

Judging from the overhead view, since I haven't been out that way in a while, it looks like there are existing condos there already and what looks like an undeveloped pocket of farmland. What are they proposing to pave over?

Our apt's going condo (between Division and Clinton, a street or two down from you). It's an 8 unit conversion. So it's looking like we won't be SE'ers for much longer!

Where are people supposed to live?! Plus also, who's buying these condos? More to the point: Who WILL BUY these condos? The market is going to be very oversaturated very quickly. This has me very, very worried.

We thought about buying it, just to stay in the neighborhood. But it's TINY, for $225K (!!). For that much, we realized we can swing a house elsewhere in town, which is what we plan to do!
